All items shipped within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally are charged the actual shipping charges based on weight and size. We do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt unless you are notified otherwise.
USPS (United States Postal Service) - Any order may be shipped via USPS. Tracking is available on these purchases and will be posted to your account upon shipment. All packages are self-insured and will be replaced if not received.
FedEx Ground - The Deep Clean Mop and very large orders are shipped via FedEx Ground at TADgreen's discretion. Shipping of these items are still FREE within the US except for Alaska and Hawaii.
Cancelling an Order: Orders may be cancelled by calling 800-677-4354 or by emailing email@example.com any time prior to the order being shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our return policy in this instance.
From time to time, the credit card you are using may be rejected for one of many reasons. Below are the most common reason codes:

|27||The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder|
|65||The order was declined because the card number and the ccv code on the back do not match|
|251||The order is being declined as a result of triggering the fraud detection suite. This is most often the result of using an IP address from a country that we do not ship to. Please use an IP address from the US or Canada to place your order|
Please call 1-800-677-4354 for assistance. Our associates will be happy to help you. If you are not satisfied with the items we gladly will offer you a full refund. All we ask is that you return the items to us. As we have shipped them to you for free, we ask that you pay for the return postage.
Refunds and Credits: We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing list should accompany your return.
